“Negev Ecology” transports sludge from the Purifying Institute for Gush Dan Spills directly to the farmer. The sludge is processed through anaerobic thermal digestive process free of pathogens.

Throughout the process, the sludge undergoes extensive laboratory tests and receives all required approvals. The sludge is intended primarily for the use of cultivated land, such as wheat and barley, and is marketed to farmers throughout the year.

The company also won the bid to transport sludge from Gush Dan Spills from the Farmer’s Union across the country. Currently, the sludge is returned to nature for quality crops, and does not spill into the sea.
