Negev Ecology ACS CS Ltd. (the “Company”) attaches paramount importance to protecting the privacy of its customers, website visitors, and landing page users, including on social media pages and any other digital platform under its control. This document details the Company’s customary privacy policy and clarifies how we collect, process, store, and share personal information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017. This policy applies to all means of communication with the Company.

The Company manages databases in accordance with the provisions of the law, and ensures their registration and reporting to the Registrar of Databases as required. The data is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was provided, and is subsequently deleted or disassociated from personal identifiers in accordance with legal guidelines.
Despite efforts to prevent unauthorized access, the Company cannot commit to preventing security breaches under all circumstances. The user is aware that the use of digital platforms carries an inherent risk.
User Rights

Every user is entitled to review the information collected about them, insofar as it is collected, in the Company’s databases;

They may request the correction, updating, or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer relevant;
