Negev Ecology ACS CS Ltd. (the “Company”) attaches paramount importance to protecting the privacy of its customers, website visitors, and landing page users, including on social media pages and any other digital platform under its control. This document details the Company’s customary privacy policy and clarifies how we collect, process, store, and share personal information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017. This policy applies to all means of communication with the Company.

Consent to the Policy Terms, Registration, Delivery, and Retention of Information

The use of the Company’s website and digital services indicates your explicit consent to the terms specified in this policy. If you do not agree to one or more of the sections in the policy, we ask that you do not use the Company’s digital services, including contact forms, subscription to mailing lists, or any other relevant interface.

Your browsing of the site and/or registration on it and/or use of the Company’s services constitutes your consent to the use of the information made by the Company.

It should be emphasized that according to any law, the user of the site and the Company’s services is under no legal obligation to provide any information, and providing it as stated is done of your own free will and at your own risk.

The Company collects various types of information for operational, marketing, technological, and regulatory purposes. The collected information includes:

• Personal information provided directly by you: First and last name, mobile phone number, email address, residential or shipping address, company or organization details, service preferences, and any additional information provided in online forms, phone calls, email correspondence, or messaging applications.

• Technological and operational information: IP address, browser type, operating system type, manner of site usage, pages viewed, duration of stay on each page, entry and exit times from the site, approximate geographical location (based on network data), and referral data from traffic sources (such as search engines or advertisements).

• Information collected by automated means: Use of Cookies, Pixel Tags, scripts, and tracking systems (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and others), which are designed to collect information about your activity on the site for statistical and marketing purposes, as well as content personalization.

The provision of information is done, as stated, of your own free will. However, it should be clarified that certain information may be required to receive services from the Company, and refraining from providing it may impair the availability or quality of the service.

Purposes of Information Processing

The Company uses the collected information for various purposes, including:

• Providing service to existing and potential customers, including coordinating waste removal, managing ongoing inquiries, and providing tailored price quotes;

• Sending updates and service offers, marketing messages, mailings, and relevant offers based on user behavior; through a variety of possible means including phone calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, other instant messages, email, postal mail, etc.;

• Statistical analysis of site usage to improve user experience, information accessibility, and service efficiency;

• Managing internal lists, maintaining continuous contact with customers, sales promotion, and customer retention;

• Displaying personalized content and advertisements through third-party systems on social networks and search engines;

• Compliance with regulatory obligations, management of legal risks, and protection of the Company’s rights, assets, and interests.

The processing of information is carried out in accordance with the law, including the fulfillment of a contract with the user, compliance with legal obligations, the legitimate interest of the Company, and in accordance with the consents given by the user.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company does not transfer personal information to third parties, except in the cases detailed below:

• Providing information to authorized bodies by virtue of a judicial order, legal requirement, or instruction of a competent regulatory authority;

• In accordance with a requirement or request from you in order to receive a service requested by you;

• Payments via credit cards;

• Information stored on external servers and ERP systems.

To the extent that the information is transferred or stored outside of Israel, the transfer will be carried out in accordance with the applicable law and subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual obligations with external service providers.

Information Security and Retention

The Company operates an extensive information security policy that includes physical, logical, and organizational measures to secure personal information. Information is stored in secure systems protected by identification means, access controls, encryption, and binding internal procedures.

The Company manages databases in accordance with the provisions of the law, and ensures their registration and reporting to the Registrar of Databases as required. The data is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was provided, and is subsequently deleted or disassociated from personal identifiers in accordance with legal guidelines.

Despite efforts to prevent unauthorized access, the Company cannot commit to preventing security breaches under all circumstances. The user is aware that the use of digital platforms carries an inherent risk.

User Rights

• Every user is entitled to review the information collected about them, insofar as it is collected, in the Company’s databases;

• They may request the correction, updating, or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer relevant;

• The user may object to the use of the information for marketing purposes and request the cessation of its use for these purposes.

The Company undertakes to respond to data subjects’ inquiries within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with legal requirements. Some actions may impact the continued provision of the service.

The site uses Cookies and similar technologies such as beacons, pixels, and anonymous identifiers for the following purposes:

• Ongoing and proper operation of the site;

• Improving performance, measuring, and analyzing usage data;

• Customizing a personal user experience and displaying targeted marketing content;

Liability and Indemnification

• The use of the site, the services, and the content presented therein is solely at the user’s risk, and they are provided As-Is, subject to the provisions of any law.

• Negev Ecology bears no liability for inaccuracies, errors, or defects in the information, or for any damage caused due to reliance on the information presented on the site or due to its use.

• Negev Ecology does not guarantee that the site or services will be available at all times and without interruptions or faults, and will not be liable for damages caused as a result.

• The user undertakes to indemnify and compensate Negev Ecology, its employees, and representatives for any damage, loss, or expense caused due to use that is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or due to a violation of the provisions of any law.

Changes, Applicable Law, and Jurisdiction

• Negev Ecology may, from time to time, change the structure of the site, its content, appearance, and design, the scope and availability of the services, or discontinue the site’s activity, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without the need for prior notice. The user shall have no claim, demand, or suit due to changes or faults resulting from them.

• Negev Ecology does not guarantee full availability or continuous proper operation of the site and services, and their use is at the user’s sole risk.

• Negev Ecology may, from time to time, change the Terms of Use, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Use of the site after the publication of the changes will be deemed as consent to the updated terms.

• The use of the site shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter regarding the use of the site shall be the competent courts in the Southern District.

• Negev Ecology may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under the Terms of Use to a third party without the need for the user’s consent.

• If any part of the Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.

• The Company’s failure to enforce any of its rights shall not be considered a waiver.
